For ten years I split my life in two.
Weekdays I coached executives and coaches through change—strategy, identity, the messy human stuff behind growth.
Weekends I worked at ayahuasca retreats in Spain, guiding people as they translated vision into daily life.
I could only lead others as far as I’d gone myself, so I kept going.
Cup after cup, the medicine handed back every part I’d pushed away—rage, wonder, grief, awe—and asked me to hold it all.
No diploma, just the discipline of staying when my own pain rose and choosing not to leave.
Eventually the two tracks merged.
Coaching and ceremony became one path: integration.
Today I train others in this work, partner with clinicians, and co-founded the Ayahuasca Integration Alliance.
