Vox Coaching provides professional coaching, facilitation, and educational programs focused on personal development, leadership, and integration work following transformative life experiences.
Offerings may include:
1:1 coaching sessions
Group programs and cohorts
Workshops, events, and live trainings
Digital content and educational materials (including recordings, templates, and written materials)
The exact scope, schedule, pricing, and deliverables are described on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement.
3) Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services unless a written agreement states otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing or booking, and to engage respectfully in group spaces. Vox Coaching may remove participants from group programs for harassment, threats, repeated disruption, or serious violations of agreed group boundaries. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
4) Coaching and education only
Vox Coaching services are educational and developmental. They do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or crisis services.
If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services.
5) Pricing, taxes, and currency
Prices are shown at checkout or on invoices. Where applicable, VAT/MVA may be charged. Any applicable taxes will be shown on the invoice or checkout page.
Currency depends on the offer and will be shown before you pay. If you pay in a currency different from your bank’s base currency, your bank or payment provider may charge additional conversion fees.
6) Payments and payment processors
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Wise, depending on the product and payment method offered at checkout.
By paying, you authorize Vox Coaching (and its payment processors) to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown, including any approved payment plans.
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay all scheduled installments. Missed or failed payments may result in loss of access until the account is brought current.
7) Delivery and access
Delivery depends on the product:
Live sessions: delivered online or in person at the scheduled time.
Programs/cohorts: delivered according to the published schedule.
Digital products/materials: delivered via email, download link, or platform access.
You are responsible for ensuring you can receive emails from team@davidvox.com and access the platform used for delivery.
8) Rescheduling and late attendance (1:1 sessions)
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
You may reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged as delivered.
If you arrive late, the session may still end at the scheduled time.
9) Refund policy
Refund terms may differ by offer and will be stated on the checkout page or invoice. If specific refund terms are stated there, they apply.
If no specific refund terms are stated, the following standard policy applies:
1:1 sessions: non refundable.
Programs and cohorts: refundable up to 14 days after purchase only if you have not attended any live session and have not accessed any substantial digital materials. After that, fees are non-refundable.
Digital products: non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If Vox Coaching cancels a session or program and no reasonable alternative is offered, you will receive a ful refund for the undelivered portion.
10) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a billing question, contact team@davidvox.com before filing a dispute. Unjustified chargebacks, repeated disputes, or abusive behavior may result in termination of access to services and materials.
11) Intellectual property and license
All materials provided by Vox Coaching (including recordings, documents, templates, and written content) are owned by Vox Coaching or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only, unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may not:
share, resell, or redistribute materials
publish recordings or course content
use materials to create competing products that replicate the program structure or content
12) Confidentiality in groups
Group programs may involve sharing personal experiences. You agree to keep other participants’ identities and personal disclosures confidential.
Vox Coaching cannot guarantee confidentiality by other participants and is not responsible for participant breaches.
13) Disclaimer of guarantees
Results depend on many factors, including your engagement and circumstances. Vox Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, healing outcomes, or business performance.
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vox Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Vox Coaching’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vox Coaching harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
16) Changes to these Terms
Vox Coaching may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Norway unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
